Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound, high-ticket, or high-volume sales.
• 4+ years in any consultative sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins events through outbound prospecting.
• Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline on-site in Scottsdale.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and barriers.
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce.
• Own your pipeline, scoreboards, and outcomes on a KPI-driven floor.
