NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate who blends servant-leader traits with a high-stakes closer mindset. This role centers on growing NFIB membership through in-person outreach to independent business owners, delivering a concise sales presentation, and enrolling members with spot payments.

You’ll join a team rewarded with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits, including training and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or business development is preferred.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face outreach and build rapport with business owners.
• Comfort with learning and applying a proven sales model.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver the 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
