Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a confident, driven Client Concierge to join our team. This role greets clients, manages front desk tasks, schedules appointments, maintains a welcoming environment, and protects patient confidentiality under HIPAA.

You should have customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task and work weekends. Previous med spa or medical office exposure is preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (1+ year).
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends.
• Previous experience in a med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and flexible to business needs.
• Team player with initiative.
• Demonstrates integrity and HIPAA confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone; provide basic education about services.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, answer calls, greet clients, oversee inventory, keep supplies stocked.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Ensure POS system is accurate with client and employee information.
