Job summary

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in landscaping, strong relationship skills, and proficiency with CRM and estimating software. A related degree is preferred, plus a valid driver's license and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional landscaping experience.
• A degree or coursework in Horticulture or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local plant materials and commercial landscape operations.
• Proficiency with CRM and estimating software; solid computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: act as primary liaison with monthly client touchpoints.
• Sales & growth: meet annual sales goals, identify enhancement opportunities, prepare bids, close contracts.
• Operational oversight: coordinate with production managers to stay on schedule and on budget.
• Administrative excellence: maintain data in CRM, manage change-order billing, coordinate with accounting.
• Vendor relations: interface with subcontractors for timely, accurate completion.
• Safety & compliance: ensure field procedures follow SOPs.
