The Atlantic District in Yorktown, VA is seeking an Elite Insurance Agent to build a personal client practice, assess risks, and tailor coverage with clear, client-focused guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty license.
• 3+ years in direct insurance sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication for client consultations.
• Familiarity with the Yorktown market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of prospective clients through networking and local outreach.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to determine the best coverage options for clients.
• Present tailored insurance solutions that protect assets and futures of local families.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from inquiry to policy issuance and beyond.
• Collaborate with underwriting to ensure accurate documentation and smooth policy processing.
• Advocate for clients during renewal and policy reviews.

Requirements

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Strong command of office software and CRM systems for lead management.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills suitable for client consultations.
• Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products.
• Familiarity with the Yorktown local market and surrounding communities.
