Conduct thorough needs assessments for prospective clients to identify coverage gaps and opportunities for protection.
Build and nurture a pipeline of new business through professional networking and community involvement.
Review existing policies with current clients to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to secure the most competitive and appropriate terms for your clients.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions within our digital systems.
Represent the Atlantic District brand with integrity during all face-to-face community and office interactions.
Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or a client-facing insurance role.
Strong ability to explain complex policy details in plain, understandable language.
High level of proficiency using industry-standard agency management software.
Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
Demonstrated history of meeting personal sales goals and retention targets.
