Ideal candidates have 3+ years in consultative sales, a Virginia P&C license, and mastery of digital quoting platforms with strong communication skills. Enjoy a supportive, growth-oriented team and local community impact.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty license.
• Minimum Of Three Years Of Experience In Consultative Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients independently.
• Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and over the phone.
• Strong proficiency in digital quoting platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of the Newport News market and local business landscape.
