Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• 3+ years of professional experience in insurance sales.
• Knowledge of local market insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience with agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their risk management needs.
• Conduct thorough coverage reviews to ensure our clients have the protection they actually need.
• Prepare and present competitive insurance proposals tailored to individual and business requirements.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects while nurturing existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our internal underwriting team to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
• Participate in local Hampton community events to build brand awareness and local presence.
