Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License in CT.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License in the state of Connecticut.
• At least five years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team toward collective goals.
• Strong understanding of risk management and commercial lines of insurance.
• Proficiency in industry-standard agency management software.
• Professional certification such as CIC or ARM is a strong plus.
