Job summary

The Atlantic District in Greensburg, PA is seeking an Elite Insurance Agent to run a Farmers agency, growing the book, managing operations, and delivering exceptional client service in the local community.

This role offers autonomy and a supportive environment with a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits and opportunities for career growth as you build relationships and protect neighbors and local businesses.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Three+ years in direct insurance sales.
• Proven history of building and maintaining a diverse client base.
• Experience with CRM and quoting software.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is helpful.
• Previous experience with life or health insurance products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients by identifying their coverage needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Engage in active networking throughout the Greensburg area to grow our reach.
• Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients are protected as life stages evolve.
