Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our footprint within the Pittsburgh region.
Conduct thorough needs-analysis sessions with high-net-worth individuals and business owners to identify critical gaps in their current coverage.
Negotiate favorable terms with top-tier carriers to provide bespoke protection solutions.
Nurture existing client relationships through proactive reviews and consistent, value-added communication.
Collaborate with our internal underwriting and support teams to streamline the application and policy issuance process.
Participate in local industry events and community functions to strengthen the firm's reputation and visibility.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-level client advisory roles.
Deep understanding of risk management and complex policy structures.
Demonstrated history of maintaining high client retention and building a referral-based business.
Expertise in utilizing CRM systems to manage a dense pipeline of prospects.
Excellent public speaking and presentation capabilities.
Professional certification or designation like CPCU, CLU, or CIC.
