You will develop personalized protection strategies and act as a trusted advocate in the community, delivering protection beyond a standard policy.

You will manage an active client base, review coverages as lives change, and work with a supportive team to grow your book.

Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty license is required.
• Proven track record managing an active book of business or consistent sales.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage.
• Ability to explain complex policy details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with local families and business owners by understanding their specific risk needs.
• Develop personalized protection strategies that go beyond a standard policy to offer genuine peace of mind.
• Review existing client accounts regularly to ensure their coverage evolves alongside life changes.

• Deep familiarity with the local Spotsylvania and Northern Virginia insurance landscape.
