The Atlantic District is hiring an Elite Insurance Agent in Annapolis to help neighbors protect their futures with tailored insurance solutions. You will build long-term client relationships, analyze coverage options, and drive growth within the community.

We offer a base salary with commission and bonus opportunities, a flexible schedule, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• MD Property & Casualty license.
• 3+ years of direct insurance sales experience.
• Strong track record of growing a professional book of business.
• Comfort with agency management systems and digital lead management tools.
• Excellent verbal communication for client consultations.
• Deep understanding of risk management and various insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with new clients in the Annapolis region to assess protection needs.
• Analyze market options to design tailored insurance solutions for individuals and families.
• Nurture and grow existing client relationships for long-term retention.
• Manage daily schedule to meet sales goals while providing high-quality advice.
