The Atlantic District in New Castle, PA seeks an Elite Insurance Agent who builds real relationships with clients and communities. You will develop your own client base, assess risks, and tailor coverage options to provide peace of mind for neighbors and businesses.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking and community involvement.
• Evaluate the specific risks of each client and recommend coverage options that provide genuine peace of mind.
• Prepare accurate quotes and manage the full application process from start to finish.
• Regularly review existing accounts to ensure our clients have the coverage they need as their lives change.
• Collaborate with our local support staff to ensure every policyholder receives consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in local community events to represent our agency and foster lasting connections.
