Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage a robust portfolio of clients within the Frederick community and beyond.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to provide clients with tailored insurance strategies.
• Facilitate clear and proactive communication regarding policy updates, renewals, and coverage adjustments.
• Collaborate with our internal underwriting and claims departments to ensure seamless client support.
• Participate in local industry events and networking functions to represent The Atlantic District’s brand values.
• Achieve sales targets by focusing on quality advice and long-term client retention rather than transactional volume.

Requirements

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty License.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-level relationship management.
• Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage options.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain a professional network.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM platforms.
• Exceptional negotiation and active listening skills.
