The Atlantic District in Elkton, MD seeks an Elite Insurance Agent to help clients navigate personal and commercial coverage. You will build your own process, connect with the local community, and impact families and small businesses across Maryland.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty license.
• 3+ years in direct insurance sales or account management.
• Strong consultative selling approach and client relations.
• Proficient use of standard insurance agency management systems.
• Understanding of personal and commercial lines of coverage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk profiles to recommend the most effective and protective insurance coverage.
• Manage an existing book of business and proactively reach out to community members.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals that explain policy benefits and limitations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our digital systems.
• Coordinate with carriers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve underwriting challenges.
• Attend local Elkton events to stay connected with the people we serve.
