Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Elite Agent in New Castle, PA to guide clients through insurance decisions and protect what matters most. You’ll build relationships, translate complex concepts into clear advice, and work within a supportive team focused on excellence and growth.

Base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, with a strong emphasis on problem solving and high-quality service for our community in New Castle.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in direct sales or client relationship management.
• Strong comfort level with modern digital sales platforms and policy management software.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, empathetic explanations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required if you have a strong sales background.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand protection needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads for steady growth in the book of business.
• Present complex insurance concepts in an understandable way for clients.
• Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate application processing and policy delivery.
