Clayton Homes is hiring a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plans, options, and coordinating the construction process at our Mobile home center. You will deliver a world-class sales experience and manage follow-ups using our CRM.

The role offers a $50k base salary plus commission, full benefits, and opportunities for growth within a team-driven environment. Weekend shifts may be required to serve customers effectively.

Formación

• At least 6 months in B2C sales preferred.
• Retail environment understanding.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Set home center visits by converting ads and web leads.
• Demonstrate homes and features to customers.
• Merchandise displays and maintain model appearances.
• Develop and execute a sales/marketing plan to increase traffic.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain customer files.
