Job summary

Clayton Retail is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plans, options and the home-building process in our sales centers across the United States. This full-time role involves presenting display homes, coordinating appointments, and following up with customers to close deals.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship driven B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify a floor plan and options, and coordinate construction process.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospective buyers via CRM.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of display homes to create value.
