Clayton Homes is hiring a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting a floor plan, options, and coordinating construction to deliver a world-class home buying experience.

The role emphasizes prospecting, setting appointments, product demonstrations, and teamwork. It offers a $50k base salary plus commission, plus comprehensive benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for growth. Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales preferred.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify a floor plan, select options, and coordinate construction.
• Set home center visits by converting ad calls and web leads to appointments.
• Present display homes and demonstrate features and benefits to buyers.
• Maintain customer files and follow up with prospective buyers via the company’s CRM system.
• Participate in sales meetings, training opportunities and other company-sponsored functions.
