Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant in Mobile, AL to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating the construction process. You will play a key role in delivering a world-class home buying experience while building relationships and maintaining CRM-driven follow-up.

The role emphasizes field presence, product demonstrations, and appointment setting, with paid benefits and a performance-based commission structure supporting strong earnings and career growth.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons.
• Ability to move and lift furniture, promotional items, etc. (up to 75 lbs.)
• Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.
