Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk, guest services, reservations, or hospitality experience.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using hotel property management systems and basic computer applications.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Process check-ins and check-outs and manage guest accounts.
• Provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions in Palo Alto and the Bay Area.
• Assist with luggage, transportation, and restaurant reservations.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure billing accuracy.
