Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is looking for a Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to perform break‑fix, installations, and merchandising across assigned retail displays with minimal supervision.

The role emphasizes expert technical proficiency and ownership of in‑market outcomes. This part-time position offers 19–26 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with potential weekend work and travel within a 60‑mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting and fixtures.
• Experience resolving electronic/connectivity issues such as cabling and power.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of stores (2–25) per market according to schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform end-to-end installations, builds, refreshes, including fixturing and cabling.
• Document service activity and outcomes on time and adhere to planograms and brand standards.
• Travel up to 60 miles with paid drive time and mileage; complete tasks within SLAs.
