Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to operate as a field professional responsible for break-fix, installations, and maintenance of Meta displays across an assigned territory.

The role emphasizes autonomous execution, adherence to schedule, and adherence to brand standards. The position is part-time, offering 3–15 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving display and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (2–25 stores).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform end-to-end installations, display builds, and refreshes.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within SLA timelines (48–72 hours).
• Document and report all service activity accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements.
• Build relationships with in-store personnel as a field expert.
