Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Dedicated Meta Field Technician to service a set territory of retail displays. You will install, refresh, and maintain displays, while ensuring planogram compliance and brand standards across locations.

You will travel within the assigned area, perform routine maintenance, and handle merchandising tasks with a focus on uptime and customer satisfaction. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations and merchandising preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting.
• Experience with cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform installations, builds, and refreshes including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs.
• Ensure planograms, brand standards, and display requirements are met across locations.
• Document and report service activity and outcomes on time.
• Merchandise tasks: inventory replenishment, POP placement, pricing/fact tag execution.
• Manage trunk stock and replacement parts for first-time fixes.
