Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Dedicated Meta Field Technician to service a set territory of Meta retail displays. You will perform installations, maintenance, and refreshes, with inventory replenishment and planogram (POG) compliance, working independently in the field using basic hand tools.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 8:00 a.m., with occasional weekend work and advance notice. Travel up to 120 miles and 2–3 day trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to schedules and program requirements.
• Complete assigned work on time and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Install, build, and refresh displays including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Handle ad-hoc service requests within SLAs and ensure POG compliance across locations.
• Document and report service activity, outcomes, and insights accurately.
