Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is hiring a Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to service and maintain Meta displays across assigned stores. Responsibilities include installations, refreshes, diagnostics, and maintaining planograms to brand standards. You will manage ad-hoc requests within SLA and document all activities.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic tools, and strong communication skills. Expect travel, scheduling, and 40-hour weeks with potential weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues including lighting and fixtures.
• Experience with cabling, power, and component integration for displays.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits to retail locations (24–35 stores).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain display performance.
• Perform end-to-end installations, builds, and refreshes of displays and fixtures.
• Document service activity and outcomes accurately and on time.
• Travel up to 120 miles per location with paid drive time and mileage.
