Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a part‑time Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to perform break‑fix, installation, and in‑store maintenance across a defined route. You will ensure optimal display performance, brand compliance, and timely service delivery in retail environments.

This role requires independent decision‑making, strong technical proficiency, and frequent travel within the market. A minimum weekly commitment of 19 hours is expected with weekend flexibility when needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays.
Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.
Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (2–25 stores) per market.
Complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain displays.
Perform end-to-end installations, builds, and refreshes (fixturing, cabling, media players, security).
Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72 hour SLAs where required.
Document and report all service activity on time.
