Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a dedicated field technician to perform break-fix, installations, and ongoing maintenance for Meta displays across an assigned retail route.

You will diagnose issues, execute installations and refreshes, and ensure alignment with planograms and brand standards. Role requires independent decision-making, in-market ownership, and the ability to manage time and SLAs across 2–25 stores per market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures.
• Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (2–25 stores).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform end-to-end installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing and cabling.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs when required.
• Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements.
• Document and report all service activity and outcomes in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with in-store personnel as a trusted field expert.
• Travel up to 60 miles with paid drive time and mileage per policy.
