Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Meta Technician Expert to service in-market displays across a defined route. You will perform break-fix, installation, and maintenance tasks with autonomy, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires diagnosing complex issues, completing installations, and maintaining high-quality results with strong customer service on a full-time basis. Weekend work may be required with advance notice.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with display installations and planograms.
Ability to read planograms and wiring diagrams.
Experience diagnosing and resolving display issues including lighting components.
Proficient using a smartphone/tablet for in-store reporting and GPS tracking.

Responsibilities

Execute weekly service visits to 24–35 stores per market with adherence to schedules.
Complete work on time with minimal rescheduling.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues to maintain display functionality.
Perform end-to-end installations, builds, and refreshes including fixtures and wiring.
Manage ad-hoc requests within 48–72 hour SLAs where required.
Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements.
Identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
Document service activity and outcomes accurately and promptly.
