Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions seeks a Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to perform end-to-end break-fix, installations, and maintenance of Meta displays across an assigned territory. You will diagnose complex issues, execute installs and refreshes, and ensure planogram and brand compliance with minimal supervision.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 8:00 am, with possible weekend work on short notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components and fixtures.
• Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across 24–35 stores, following schedules.
• Complete work on time with minimal rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues to maintain display performance.
• Perform end-to-end installations, builds, and refreshes with fixturing and cabling.
• Handle ad-hoc service requests within SLAs (48–72 hours).
• Ensure compliance with planograms and brand standards across locations.
• Identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes.
• Document service activity and outcomes promptly.
• Undertake merchandising tasks like inventory replenishment and pricing tags.
• Maintain trunk stock and ensure replacement parts availability.
• Build strong relationships with in-store personnel.
• Participate in team calls and client interactions when required.
• Complete admin tasks accurately, including scheduling and reporting.
