NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to drive membership growth by connecting with small business owners in the field and presenting NFIB’s value proposition. This is a hybrid role with time spent in the field across local markets, largely focused on high-impact closing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate perseverance and a willingness to persist through objections.
• Able to adapt strategy quickly in changing field conditions.
• Background in Sales, Military Leadership, Education, Small Business Ownership, or related fields.
• Familiar with digital sales tools.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting: In-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: Deliver a concise, proven 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: Enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB’s advocacy in Washington, DC and state capitals.
