The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales, a strong track record in high-velocity environments, and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields highly preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent credential required.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with iteration.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability and willingness to travel to support events.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Qualify customers and identify their needs to drive conversion.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Rivian products and services.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service.
• Support order confirmations and follow-ups to drive conversion.
• Host retail activations and events to generate demand.
• Solicit customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on EV landscape and overcome objections to purchase.
• Share best practices with teammates and foster a learning culture.
• Perform keyholder duties and maintain store operations.
