Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a CSR to deliver an exceptional customer experience while coordinating with customers, insurers and repair teams. The role supports the Repair Facility Team with admin duties, scheduling and documentation.

The CSR will use CCC One and ARMS systems to manage communications, rentals and repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience.
• Ability to function well in a fast paced environment with multitasking under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Good oral and written communication skills with strong sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and other scheduling scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets including QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers using CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to align with CCC One records.
