Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience during the vehicle repair process. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance companies while providing administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule repairs, manage rental information, document communications in CCC One, and coordinate with ARMS to keep data aligned. A detail-oriented multitasker with strong communication fits best.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• 1 year experience in a similar administrative/customer service role preferred.
• Auto body or related environment experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Aufgaben

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental car details and update CCC One with usage information.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure consistency with CCC One data.
