Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a courteous CSR to provide an exemplary customer experience and support the Repair Facility Team. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners, schedule repairs, and ensure all authorization paperwork is in place.

You will prepare RO work packets, track rental information, and coordinate with ARMS and CCC One systems to keep records up to date. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in a similar role are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar customer-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance companies.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and other scheduling tools with proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments promptly and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare repair orders with checklists, parts lists, and rental indicators for Gerber pay.
• Document communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with car usage details.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day and ensure alignment with CCC One.
