Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a CSR to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the Repair Facility Team with administrative tasks. You will schedule repairs, coordinate with insurance, manage rental information, and document all communications through CCC One while ensuring ARMS alignment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a similar admin role, with preferred auto body or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role such as administrative assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule repair appointments using CCC One calendar and scripts.
• Obtain insurance authorization documentation for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts lists, and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Update CCC One with rental car information and usage.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to align with CCC One entries.
