Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurance partners while coordinating repair workflows. You will handle scheduling, documentation, and communications to keep repairs moving smoothly.

The role requires attention to detail, strong multitasking, and a collegial team orientation as part of a busy collision repair facility. On-site work with attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (administrative support).
• Preferred 1 year in an auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list, windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners during repair in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Monitor ARMS to ensure vehicles are tracked in CCC One.
