Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating repairs and related administrative tasks. You will interact with customers, insurers, and the repair facility team to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma).
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
