Job summary

Crash Champions seeks an experienced estimator/customer service professional to educate clients on repair procedures, insurance processes, and rights. You will complete initial and full estimates, manage repairs through QC, and keep customers informed about progress and status throughout the process.

Proficiency with CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills for handling clients and insurers.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced shop.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems in a collision repair environment.
• Proficiency in CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and full estimates after damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and progress.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
