Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator to guide customers through the repair process, liaise with insurance, and manage damage evaluation and estimate finalization. You will oversee the repair journey from initial assessment to QC, keeping clients informed for a best-in-class experience.

The role requires knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) and comfort working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of handling insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex estimating systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize estimates after disassembly and evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards with QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, ensure carrier requirements are met.
