Crash Champions is seeking an experienced estimator to educate customers on repair processes and insurance procedures, prepare initial and full repair estimates, and manage repairs with in-process QC. You will keep customers informed, review data with body technicians, and handle final paperwork to ensure carrier requirements are met.

The role requires knowledge of multiple estimating systems and familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex, along with strong organizational and customer

Formación

• Customer service skills are required.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Inform customers about repair status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle paperwork, and address file exceptions.
