Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring for a role focusing on educating customers through the repair process, estimating, and managing repairs from start to finish. You will work alongside Body Technicians to ensure quality and clear communication with customers.

The position requires strong organizational skills, experience with insurance partners, and proficiency in estimating systems, including CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex. Competitive benefits offered in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.

• Experience dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, and rights.
• Prepare initial and final vehicle repair estimates and manage repairs.
• Oversee repair progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
