Crash Champions is seeking a role that educates customers on the repair process and insurance steps, and that completes vehicle estimates from initial to final after thorough damage evaluation. You will manage each repair through QC, keeping customers informed and delivering a superior experience.

Knowledge of estimating systems such as CCC One or Mitchell & Audatex is a plus, with eligibility for benefits including medical and retirement plans as part of a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Customer Service and communication skills.
• Experience handling vehicle repair estimates and insurance interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a top-tier experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning checks.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle paperwork, and meet carrier requirements.
