Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator to educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights. You will complete and lock final repair estimates and manage each repair to meet Crash Champions quality standards.

Responsibilities include clear communication with customers, collaboration with body technicians, and handling paperwork to finalize repairs in a timely, transparent manner. Experience with CCC One or Audatex is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to educate customers about repairs and insurance.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time-management in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Knowledge of insurance partners and repair processes is preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates and full estimates after evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a superior service experience.
• Able to pull and review data with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning checks.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
