Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced estimator to guide customers through the vehicle repair process, assist with insurance and claims, and prepare accurate, timely estimates. You will manage repairs end-to-end, perform quality checks, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills for handling policyholders and adjusters.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced collision repair environment.
• Knowledge of working with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with common estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
