Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating precise estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will document repair needs, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required to support site operations and DRP compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and insurance representatives.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and DRP processes.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and update details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide timely information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, DRP requirements, and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings as required.
• Support team members and prioritize customer satisfaction.
