Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair plans. You will communicate with customers and insurers, document actions, and help the team meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and basic computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with I-CAR training preferred. Join a legacy of 80+ years in collision repair.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• DRP compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required).
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
