Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Training support includes I-CAR as needed, with opportunities to contribute to KPIs and team success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support all team members.
• Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and maintaining quality in service delivery.
