Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document all customer interactions, communicate with insurance companies, and uphold DRP compliance as you collaborate with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers; ability to find repair guidelines.
• Basic computer skills are required for DRP compliance.
• Compliance for DRP’s is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers and insurers.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Assist in repair planning and communication with team members.
• Support management during daily operations and safety meetings.
